This is a greatly challenging game

Wow, this game is very fun and addicting. Game play was hard, but easily adaptable to although I didn't like that every time you send a score, you have to watch another ad to play again and repeat the process so it gets a 9. Controls are a 9 because I did like the simple way to fire kunai, but the specials were hard to use during a huge mob. Quality was fine for a pixilated game and gets a 10 though I didn't quite figure out slow motions were your opportunity to fire multiple kunai in that time. Story line is an 8 because doesn't really matter for a game that gets right into the game, but a good scheme would augment views and score. Challenge would get a 9 because it is not crazily hard and is kind of easy to adapt to after a restart. The game really is addicting mostly because of the high scores table and the urge to beat the game so it gets a 10. Game length is a 10 because it isn't too short nor too long of a game with a high scores table. It appears you have put a lot of effort into this using great music and enemies and that is great so effort get a 10. Lastly, fun is a 10 because a 10 is a fun...thing.

Re: This is touching

It is touching, no? Game play was nice but short and the music fit in nicely so it gets a 9. Controls are a 10 because of the choice between W, A, S, and D keys or the Arrow Keys. Quality was fine for me because there were no lags and had a simplistic background. It gets a 10 in my perspective. Story line would get a 10 because it was nice telling the story from start to end if you look carefully, but it gets a 9 only because I have seen many games like it, I'm nice, and it bothered me somehow that the character didn't talk or at least show text words in the beginning. Challenge gets a 6 because it was really easy unless inattentive to the object directions. Addiction would be a 7 because I really didn't find any replay value as to why I should look back on this. The game is short and if it were longer the other categories may have gone up. So, game length gets a 7 because of being too diminutive for this genre of games. It seems you have put effort into the simple background and meaning, but the score is demoted because of originality. Just as I said before, there are other games like this and is short so and that decreased effort to an 8. Finally, fun is a 9 because 9 is a fun...thing. Overall, it was a fun game to pass the time and a great first game.

Nice game and kind of glitchy

This game was great with nice secrets. Gameplay was fun with the secrets This game was great with nice secrets. Game play was fun with the secrets leaving you wondering what else is in store though the controls were a tad bit buggy in the most important of times so it gets a 9. Controls were the link to aggravation in the game because at some times if you were low on health or surrounded and came upon a portal or fire shooting monster, you would jump but would be delayed, canceled, or move a little lower than the correct timed jump you started. You would also move without pressing a key after moving to a platform. Due to that, it would get a 7. Quality was fine, but I did find a few lags here and there and the form of the punch or attack really didn't work with the appearance of the game in my opinion. So, it would get an 8. Story line would get a 7. I know this game gets right into the action although a good story never hurt on usual occasions and will have viewers enjoy the game more. Challenge would get an 8 because the game was easy. It was a little challenge to search for secrets, but some levels were too straightforward to be considered hard. Actually, the eyeballs were very bothersome. The game wasn't really addicting and I really just wanted to get through with it and it didn't have much replay value so addiction would get an 8. The game was a little short so game length would get a 9. It seems you did put a lot of effort just as everyone but going the extra mile for the game wouldn't cause a fatality. Your effort is close to a 9. Lastly, fun is a 9 because a 9 is a fun...thing. Overall, this game wasn't bad except the flaws could be fixed to help thorough enjoyment.

Yes! A game with a story line and constant bosses.

This game was crazy with attacks. Game play is a 9 considering the good music and deep upgrade system. Controls have to be a 10 because of the three choices and easy maneuvering. Quality was fine with no lags or maybe little to no lags so it has a 10. Yes, a game that includes a big story line. It deserves a 10 for that because it introduces us to new information and details on their adventure. It's actually pretty hard to find one. Challenge would be a 9 though I guess it could be a 10 on other's parts because of every level bosses and constant waves of bullets. (P.S Upgrade agility) However, the upgrade system really makes it easier and more fun. The game's addiction would be a 9 on my part only because I have played more addicting games, but the story line really makes you want to play. Game length would be a 9, but is a 10 because it is not too short if you add a story line and is great for its genre. Effort is a 10 because of its great story line, upgrade system, challenge, and the rest of what I forgot to say. Finally, fun is a 9 because a 9 is a fun...thing. Overall, it is a splendid game. It has everything for a good game or maybe somewhat of that.

It's fun and very simple

This game was fun and very simple. Game play was nice though using Internet explorer caused the movements to not respond as well and the music fit kind of nice so it gets a 9. The controls would get a 9 due to it being to responsive on Internet Explorer and being fine on Firefox though I did like the easy controls being W, A, S, or D or arrow key controls. Quality was fine having no or little to no lags with such simple graphics for a game so it has a 9. Story line doesn't really matter for games that get right into the action, but it does serve a purpose to why are you in a situation as to just playing the game. Basically, it means story line would attract more viewers and add motivation to play so it gets an 8 for a game that gets into it automatically though with no story line. Challenge would be a 7 because it becomes very easy as you upgrade your ship, has unexpected bosses, shields are easily healed in game and aren't damaged critically, and heals you after every wave. Also, nice easter egg special attack that destroys everything with constant waves of bullets. The game's addiction would be an 8 because it gets kind of monotonous as you carry on with tons of upgrades and easy enemies. Game length is a 10 because it is very long with many upgrades and bosses to look forward to. Your effort in this game is a 9 because of the few ships and the sameness as the game progresses. There was trouble with the ships because when together, it's hard to tell whether it's one ship or 3 in one area. Finally, fun is a 9 because 9 is a fun...thing. Overall, great game that is easy to master though it can get pretty dull as it carries on.

Not fun

Not really fun at all. This is more like an experiment. This game is an interactive, but not that fun except for music.

It was fun and simple with great music

This game is awesome even though I beat it in one left move and did it over. The music was good though a little powerful for adventuring and more like a boss or hard level. The only thing I hate about the game's music is that it stops playing after a specific time. The game itself was fun though very easy. jumps were fine, but why does he have to spin all the time. The levels were nice with good obstacles and some short-cuts. Scenery was good considering only 4 colors were out there making it a focus on the game. Overall, it was a nice game with inspiring music.

"I loved the music and the game itself was fun to play." ~Shawn G.

I agree with your feelings about the music, although it was called "LEGO" so that's what did the trick.
I completely agree with the jumping as well, I liked its epicness tough it did get a tad annoying. I started him off with a really crappy jump animation and I was a bit lazy and just rotated him to spare me the effort...

Also... I don't know why... But that music is supposed to loop, It worked on some peoples as I was testing it and to others it would stop... I have honestly no Idea on how to fix that one. :(

This game will soon be improved so stay tuned!

Very touching and sad.

Awww...touching. (Scores were based on the meaning and the point of the story). It's sad he had to kill himself to be with his loved one, but doesn't suicide lead to somwhere else. Aside from that, the music fit perfectly with this and I was fine with slow walking to represent the thoughtts going on in Walter. This was a very nicce pixelated story though it was wierd when the old man got a stroke or something after he tried to predict Walter's future. Overall, touching and sweet.

"It's a sad thing where you kill yourself to be with a loved one to achieve happiness." ~Shawn G.

Thanks for your review and I'm glad you liked the game, the old man have an heart attack because it sees the future of Walter.

Yes, it was a splendid game

Even though it lagged, the game is one of the best for madness day 2008. It was so awesome during each fight and the boss. This game rocks and the ending was great. Even though this game was very easy due to unlimited ammo and spawn areas, it was worth playing. The best for 2008.

"Yes, another great madness game to its finest!" ~Shawn G.

This is lots of fun and very addicting

This is fun because everyone loves the classics. Also bacause of the nice music and timed, quick-thinking jumping. It really makes you want to see how far you can get in a great game. Nice touch with the background too making you attentive and skillfully playing at the same time. It just strains your eyes from all the motion from the invasion. Overall, your game really did well and I have enjoyed it thoroughly.

"Fun game that really uses your hand-eye coordination. This is a great game." ~Shawn G.
